Around February 2021, right after the pandemic, I had one clear goal: performance marketing.

I joined my brother’s agency as a media buyer and worked hands-on every single day—running ads, speaking directly with D2C brand owners, understanding their real problems, and fixing them. I negotiated directly with manufacturers, set my own terms, controlled quality, and rebuilt everything from the ground up.

That’s when things actually started to make sense.

My websites worked, but let's not sugarcoat it — they were basic.

No CRO, no upsells, no advanced features. Just plain sites that did the job.

The biggest problem was converting more customers or increasing order value through upsells.

Plugins were expensive, and honestly, I hated paying monthly for small features.

That's when I realized something had to change if I wanted to scale.

One day, while scrolling through social media,I came across a guy selling “Premium Ecommerce Themes.”Jackpot.

It had tons of features, looked great, and I was sold instantly.

But when I saw the price — 115 USD — I hesitated.

A few scrolls later,I found someone else selling the same thing for ₹699.I got greedy and bought the cheaper one.Boom — scam. The files didn’t work, tutorials didn’t match, and I had no clue how to upload them.

Fine, I thought, “cheap means scam.”

So, I went back and bought the $115 version. It had five basic themes…and then came the $1,500 upsell for a “30K/month roadmap.”That was it.I flipped.Cheap products were scams, expensive ones were traps.

Why couldn’t someone just give me real value for a fair price?

As I kept digging,I realized the entire dropshipping space was the same loop.Every ad screamed, “Make money online without investing anything.”

ButI had already made real money through dropshipping and website development, and I knew that wasn’t true.

So, I decided I’d do something about it.

I boughtproper theme licenses,createdmy own tutorial, and made it simple.

No fake promises. No $1,500 roadmaps.Just a solid, practical course teaching people how to build real, premium websites — a skill that can actually make you money.

When I launched it, the response was unbelievable.

Every comment said the same thing:

“Bhai, pehli baar koi scam nahi kiya.”
“Good explanation.”

And that’s when I realized I’d done something right.
